I really don’t understand why someone would life there entire life behind when it is going so well and that you could get into any collage you what as well as any job that you are interested in doing. I could understand if he was pore and trying to start a better life by getting rid of everything that remained me of his past years, but not when you came from a rich family.
iF I were Olivia right know i would most likely try to live my life. Instead of being all sad and depressed because my sister died. Yea its going to be sad and depressing at first but not after awhile. Im pretty sure if her sister was still there she would tell her no matter what happens you have to move
The first part of The Bismarck Episode started off with a somber mood. The events before this book was placed seem to make the british apear on brink of total defeat. This book was also written by a british navil officer which seems to sedgest that this story is biaist to some point. Eather way the story might get a little brighter as the story pegesses.
I think the relationship between Peter and Arthur is interesting because they always agree on something or always disagree. In the book they are working to save this four month old baby who is not breathing and they are working like a well oiled machine. This made me feel sad but yet happy because the baby died but they did everything they could have done but nothing worked. The EMT who is next to them was trying to keep up but couldn’t because she hasn’t worked with Peter and Arthur. I think that she should have been asking them how to do something or just asked to slow down. In another case they are trying to find out what happened to an overdose patient but fought instead of looking at the patient. That patient woke up and walked away as they fought. That made me feel confused because that is something that should not be doing as a paramedic. Now in the book the two are working together on a patient and not yelling at each other.
I wish that the americans would have gotten involved a little earlier in the story. I think that if they would have the war end alot sooner and 50 million people diden't have to die. I also wish that the british could have updated the HMS Hood so it could have survive the direct hit from the Bismarck.
I have been reading my book and the guy says he is short fat and his parents are divorced and remarried so why in the heck would he just talk about all the bad stuff in his life. It is starting to make me think he is depressed, or that he is having really bad self-confidents. He always wants people to feel bad for him and his messed up life.
Green, a character, reminds me of myself because I was or used to be quiet just like her. I used to not even or I barely talked to anybody. I was just really shy and didn’t know what to do or say to anybody when I moved somewhere else. Even during this day I don’t really talk unless I know somebody. If it’s someone I know that I’m talking to I talk to the person back. I’m not really shy anymore and I say what’s on my mind.
Lord Drinian is like Captain Charles Hunter of the book Pirate Latitudes. Although both of them are from different world, there are some things that make them the same. Both of them are captains of two beautiful ships; Drinian is captain of the Dawn Treader and Hunter is captain of the Cassandra. They crave for adventure, riches and glory. Also, both of them take their orders from their leaders; Drinian takes his orders from King Caspian and Hunter gets his orders from Sir James Almont. -Dayton
I think the relationship of Eustace Scrubb and Reepicheep the mouse is interesting. The first time Eustace and Reepicheep met on the Dawn Treader, Eustace was screaming like a girl once he saw the mouse. It seemed very funny and a bit odd to me about this scene. Reepicheep wanted to become friends with Eustace but I think it’s not going to work. It seems to me that both of them would be enemies. I think Eustace will try to do his best to pick on Reepicheep.-Dayton
I read Second glance by: Jodi Picoult. My favorite character is Ross Wakeman because he could just give up on life because he had some bad luck and good luck he died once for seven minutes. Then he almost dies when he fell asleep driving and when he was shot in the back. I really don’t understand why he almost died three times. I also don’t get why he thinks nothing will happen to him. He seems like the type of character who can get in to any danger and always come out not hurt.
Olivia reminds me of my friend katie. Katie is always scared to speak her mind. Olivia is scared to do anything basically just like shopping, she wont do that and either will my friend katie.
I’m responding to Sheyenne’s second blog Olivia sounds like one of my friends that is afraid to do anything because he thinks that if he does what is on his mind he will be put down from cool kid to not so cool kid.
I am responding to Jon's first blog. I think you should look at the main characters point of view. He might be leaving his life behind for a good reason. It maybe because he doesn't want people to like him because hes rich, he may want people to like him for him. Thats understandable. He also may just want to start over and not be rich start as a normal idvidual where he has to work for what he wants. If you don't understand try to look at another person's point of view.
In this section it makes me think that it is going to be a challenge when I start it as a job. It makes me feel this way because it has its ups and its downs. There are challenges with saving all ages because every age and everybody are different. The ups can be saving someone from the die and the downs can be pronouncing someone dies. And that makes me feel proud. This job can be your friend and it can be your enemy at the same time. That makes me feel unhappy.
I think that the book 90 Minutes in Heaven, really makes me think about if I had got killed and went to heaven what would do. I don’t know what I would think when I would see all the people there. Would I be surprised or would I just think wow this is great. Also makes me think would I miss my friends or would I be so shocked that I would forget about them. This book really makes me think what I would do if this would happen to me.
One thing really comes to mind when I read this story. What if I went to heaven for a period of time and then I would come back to life? I think that it would be very hard to come back. Would I want to come back from being in heaven? All of this really makes me think about my life and what I would do.

What I liked about my novel "The Boys next door" was that it wasn't really complicated like most books I have read in the past. I also liked that it never got boring. Such as not repeating itself. What I wish had happen was that Lori never liked Sean and just stuck with Adam. Also that she should've just not messed up things with her bestfriend Adam.
My opinion about Lori is that she is too love stuck with Sean, but as they go on she starts falling for Adam and she never experienced these emotions before with him. Such as one time she thought Adam was Sean and she got embarrassed. I really don't understand why she liked Sean so much when he never even really noticed her. Sean kind've reminds me of the guy Aaron Samuels from mean girls because he is like a jock. Lori is now falling for Adam and no so much Sean.

I like Green because she can tells stories that people want to know and that she can find true love. Also, I liked how she helps other people by telling them their stories. There is a 13 year old boy who is called the Finder that finds everything, but needs help to find his sister. I was shocked when the Finder actually needed help to find his sister. I also like how everyone comes to Green to solve their problems. It’s like Green knows everyone’s future.
Wisty and Whit remind me of my brother and I; every trouble I get in he either laughs at me or he’s nice enough to help me to get out. My brother and I are very close well most of the time that is. Wisty is my age fifteen, while Whit is somewhat close to my brother’s age. Whit is 18 while my brother brad is 23. There is one difference between me, my brother and Whit and Wisty. Whit is a wizard and Wisty is a witch while my brother and I are not. That wouldn’t be so good, for Wisty and Whit are in a magic proof prison locked in a cold cell. That’s got to be boring especially because they just found out they have powers and they can’t use them. I can’t wait to see how my brother and I can relate more to these powerful people.
Omega Squad reminds me of Delta Squad in the Republic Commando the video game. Niner (RC-1309) is like Boss (Delta 38) because he is the sergeant-in-command of the Omega Squad and Boss is the sergeant-in-command of Delta Squad. Darmen (RC-1136) is like Fixer (Delta 40) because they both are second-in-command. Fi (RC-8015) is like Scorch (Delta 62) in their personality. Atin (RC-3222) is like Sev (Delta 07) in the way they both like weapons.
I dislike Melena because she sleeps around a lot. She is married with a child and she sleeps around with other men. In the story she sleeps with Turtle Heart and then a little bit later her husband comes home. Turtle Heart is still there and they all eat dinner together. The husband does not know that they sleep together. I think the husband will find out if Turtle Heart stays any longer.
If I was Jareth Sartoris and I was bite by one of them I would probably kill my self because I wouldn’t want to be a zombie. But it was that or be eaten by people that are immune to the diesis. When in his last moments he did some thing heroic he taught Trig Longo how to fly a speeder, that saved Han Solo and Chewbacca’s lives. I would also kill myself then become one of those things.
I don’t get how Trig and Kale ended up on the Purge. I wonder what their father did that got them token captive on the prison ship called the purge. I also wonder how their father died. And why are they on the ship too. I just don’t get it.
I think the setting of the planet of Qiilura in Star Wars Republic Commando Hard Contact is important in the book. Qiilura is the planet that the commandos and a young female Jedi are on. The planet is mostly jungle, open land, farmlands, and some small cities. Qiilura is a farm planet and they are being held by a Mandalorian Ghez Hokan. The planet is a remote, planet is a the mid rim of Galaxy. The planets capital city is called Imbraani. It is important that the reader knows the planet is in a different galaxy.
I like Turtle heart because he is so funny. He is not very smart and talks in third person. I believe that’s why I like him, because he is so cute when he gets confused. My favorite thing about him is that he is nice to Elphaba even if she is green. She was scared of him at first but because he blew her some glass she start to like him, he is a glassblower. I don’t like that he is sleeping with Melena behind Frex’s back.
When I read this novel it makes me feel bad for Elpaba. She is green and has no friends and her mother is cheating on her father. She is only one in a half but I think she knows what is going on. In the part where Melena, Elpaba’s mother, is threatening her I wanted to punch Melena in her face. It’s not Elpaba fault she is green with sharp teeth. I believe she is that was because her father, Frex, Insulted the Clock of the Time Dragon.
I really dislike the idea that the Nanny had. She believed that Elpaba needed to socialize with other children. I get the idea but I think they should have waited a little longer. I would have waited till she was two or three to socialize her. Then she will understand that she can’t bite or push. I think Nanny is not the brightest even if she is a Nanny.
If I was commander Rotherham I would have the entire navy go after the Bismarck. Instead of having The Prince of Whales and The Hood go out alone. His superiors wanted him to engage the Bismarck as fast as he could. I would have taken the controlled route and had the whole British navy assault the Bismarck. This probably would have saved the Hood from sinking.
I wish the author told more of Elpaba’s childhood. I don’t mind that it skipped ahead but I really wanted to know what happened to her parents. I was wondering about Turtle Heart because he was one of my favorite characters. I think we should have at least seen a little bit more with her childhood. This is just my option maybe the author had a good reason. I still think there should have been more.
I’m starting to dislike Elphaba because she is becoming mean. She was not very nice to Boq when he confessed his feelings for Galinda. I don’t like Galinda either but at least she was nice letting Boq down. Galinda is a jerk for making fun of Elphaba, I may not like Elphaba but I dislike Galinda way more. I like Boq he seems very in love with Galinda. I hope Galinda sees that she really does like Boq and that Elphaba finds someone who loves her.

This is a response for April. My sister and I help each other out a lot when we get yelled at. I tend to get in more trouble than she does. She sometimes just watches me get in trouble, and I dislike that very much. My sister is 19 and I’m 15 1/2 , my sister is not a witch nor am I.

ReplyDeleteThis is a response for April. My sister and I help each other out a lot when we get yelled at. I tend to get in more trouble than she does. She sometimes just watches me get in trouble, and I dislike that very much. My sister is 19 and I’m 15 1/2 , my sister is not a witch nor am I.
